Resource Profile: Graft Episode ( Experimental )

The life of one transplanted graft, from the transplant to graft loss, death or the end of follow-up. Derived from the DMv1.2 transplant row rather than collected: period.start is date_tx, so 'before the transplant' and 'after the transplant' become a date comparison instead of a label on a visit. It also gives the graft an identity of its own, which is what a retransplant needs — a second graft is a second episode, not a flag on the first.
