Coverage |
Czech national profile for a coverage.The coverage is intended to provide identifiers of information that would appear on an insured card that can be used to partially or fully pay for the provision of healthcare products and services. At the same time, this resource can also be used to register for “SelfPay,” where an individual or organization other than the insurer assumes responsibility for paying part or all of the healthcare costs. |

Address (CZ) |
Czech national profile on address, to provide the possibility in the 'line' element to provide a seperate streetname, housenumber and postal box. It is always RECOMMENDED to give these elements separately. The national specification also includes the option of entering the address location according to the RUIAN register and marking the address as the permanent residence address. |
