Úvod

Tato implementační specifikace vychází ze standardu HL7 FHIR ve verzi R4 a definuje jednotný rámec pro reprezentaci Záznamu o výjezdu zdravotnické záchranné služby (ZOV ZZS) v českém národním kontextu. Specifikace stanovuje obsahové a strukturální komponenty dokumentu a zajišťuje jejich soulad s právními požadavky České republiky a s evropskými iniciativami v oblasti interoperability elektronických zdravotních záznamů.

Hlavním cílem je vytvořit standardizovanou podobu Záznamu o výjezdu jako součásti zdravotnické dokumentace pacienta, která bude využitelná pro elektronickou výměnu zdravotnických informací mezi poskytovateli zdravotní péče, pacientem a národní infrastrukturou. Specifikace zahrnuje jak národní scénáře, tak i eventuální budoucí přeshraniční výměnu v rámci Evropského prostoru pro zdravotní data (EHDS).

Tento dokument se zaměřuje výhradně na definici obsahu, struktury a datového modelu Záznamu o výjezdu ZZS. Technické aspekty přenosu dokumentu a procesní postupy výjezdových skupin nejsou jeho předmětem a jsou řešeny v navazujících standardech a metodických doporučeních.
