This Implementation Guide is available in multiple languages:

• English (primary language)
• German (translation)

Translation Approach

The primary language of this IG is English. German translations are provided for all narrative pages and profile introductions. FHIR resource definitions (profiles, extensions, terminology) use English element names following FHIR conventions, with German descriptions where applicable.
