This section describes an example of an EKG Recording Bundle concerning the citizen with test-CPR number: 020191-9990.

Note: The narrative texts (text.div) elements in the examples are autogenerated. They are not representative of the MedCom Governance demands for narratives and must only be treated as incomplete example representations. Find MedCom Governance for narratives here.

The example includes a MedCom FHIR EKG Recording Document Bundle with the following resources included: Composition, an Observation containing the actual EKG recording, a Patient, and the sending organization, PractitionerRole and Practitioner. Note that the PractitionerRole and Practitioner resources are optional to include.
