Generic Personas

A persona is a depiction of a relevant stakeholder, or end user, of the digital system. Personas inform the design choices that shape what the DAK captures, where guidance surfaces, and to whom.

This DAK does not author cxca-specific personas. It instead inherits the 12 generic DAK Personas defined by smart.who.int.base (the WHO SMART Guidelines foundation IG). The applicable inherited personas for the cervical cancer screening pathway are:

  • DAK.Persona.CommunityHealthWorker — most relevant for the outreach-worker first-encounter scenario in remote Mongolian aimags
  • DAK.Persona.HealthcareProvider — primary-care clinicians, midwives, obstetrician-gynaecologists at soum and aimag-level facilities
  • DAK.Persona.Person — the client / patient
  • DAK.Persona.HealthSystemManager — programme managers consuming the indicator measures
  • DAK.Persona.DataManager — staff entering and managing screening-registry data

For system-level actors (the LIS, EMR, HMIS, and other digital systems the DAK integrates with), see System Actors.

Mongolia-specific persona refinements (e.g., distinguishing soum-level from aimag-level providers, or marking persona certification for HPV-DNA sampling) are a future iteration and would be added as cxca-namespaced extensions of the smart-base personas.
