ConfidentialityExtension-IEHR
The composition only allows to set the confidentiality for the whole resource.
This extension can be used to specify different confidentialities for each section.
This extension adds a mandatory ConsentApproval-IEHR to the Consent-IEHR and thus contributes to turning a mere consent into an approved and signed consent.
Extended Translation - IEHR
This extension adds additional information to a translation extension.
It is used to document the date of the translation and the identity of the person, or the device, that provided the translation.
This extension can be used to add a Signature-IEHR to a resource, that does not have a signature attribute.
