The OO Incubator contains a direct port of content as it existed before the FHIR R6 first full ballot (6.0.0-ballot4). Since then, the content has been transformed and adjusted for Incubator use.

Changes since 6.0.0-ballot4

Changes since the last ballot address feedback received during that ballot and include revisions needed for IG Publisher compatibility. The Incubator resources remain largely unchanged from their R5 and early R6 equivalents.

Changes include:

  • The MedicalProductOfHumanOrigin profile has been adjusted to align directly with the ISBT 128 standard.
  • Updated terminology standards status: CodeSystems and ValueSets used solely for example bindings are marked Informative, while those used for required bindings are marked Trial-Use.
