This profile must be updated once the cross-version extension issue has been resolved: the R5 → R4 backport extensions it relies on (e.g. anatomical region / bodySite) were removed from the cross-version extensions package in release 0.1.0 and need to be re-introduced. Tracked in FHIR-58654. |
