web teabekeskus.tehik.ee Estonian national FHIR terminology services use Ontoserver instance hosted in TEHIK's infrastructure. The national terminology server contains over 400 value sets and smaller and bigger code systems, including SNOMED CT Estonian+International edition.
Terminology server has a machine-readable output. Human-readable publication of terminology resources can be found in Teabekeskus (simple overview of value sets) or the authoring tool Andmekirjelduskeskkond (detailed view for all resource types, uses TermX software).

web teabekeskus.tehik.ee For each terminology resource a certain set of metadata is defined. Requirements for metadata have been set by the coordination group of eHealth terminologies , that includes experts from TEHIK, Ministry of Social Affairs, Health Fund, and Health Development Institute. Please see the metadata logical model for full description.
web pub.e-tervis.ee TEHIK terminology server aims to re-publish all the terminology assets that used to be published in TEHIK's old publication centre (no public international access). Many terminology assets needed new versions in order to be technically migratable to FHIR standard - hence, it was not possible to migrate the older versions of all code systems and value sets, but only the newest ones. The structures changed significantly - one table for an old "classifier" had to be split into codesystem (or supplement) and value set.
