Represents a single point-of-care ultrasound view (abdomen/FAST, chest, or cardiac) performed during the ED assessment — one Observation instance per view. The trace/clip image itself, if transmitted, belongs on the referencing EMDiagnosticReport.presentedForm rather than on this Observation.
