Specifies a query or other expression that identifies the resource (or set of resources for a repeating item) to be extracted from this item once the QuestionnaireResponse is complete. This extension is deprecated in favor of the DefinitionExtractExtension extension.

Context of Use

Note: This extension has been superceded by the definitionExtract extension. Please migrate to that extension, however this one will remain for backward compatibility.
This extension does not support defining a profile to create, and the expression (x-fhir-query) was not deemed sufficiently implementable.
