'Light' referral recipients are not expected to expose any FHIR restful services. Instead, they act as clients, querying for tasks on the initiating <a href="CapabilityStatement-SDOHCC-ReferralSource.html">Referral Sources</a> or <a href="CapabilityStatement-SDOHCC-CoordinationPlatform.html">Coordination Platforms</a> and creating any resulting Procedure records within the server they received the request from.</p>  <!-- REST
