The date the occurrence of the event was first captured in the record - potentially significantly after the occurrence of the event.

This extension is defined to allow resources that do not have a suitable recorded date element to capture the time the event is recorded. For example, Communication resources in not-done status do not have an element to capture when the event was recorded.
