Indicates whether to render missing elements in measure narrative. True indicates that missing elements should be rendered with an appropriate indicator (such as None, or N/A) when elements that would be expected to be present are not specified in a measure. For example, the denominator exclusion criteria for a proportion measure will be rendered as None if it is not present in a proportion measure.
