This page describes subsequent delivery reports for the child Josefine. For each delivery report the story is told (in Danish), and a reporting example is given.
Josefines mor kontakter Holbæk kommune d. 14. maj 2025 efter at have orienteret sig på socialkompas.dk. På baggrund af henvendelsen planlægges en forsamtale.
The delivery report contains one Citizen (Josefine), one CarePlan and one Encounter (Type: ‘Henvendelse’). The Encounter and CarePlan both reference the Citizen, and the Encounter references the CarePlan as well. The report for this is found here: DeliveryReport-Josefine-1.
Forsamtalen med Josefines forældre finder sted d. 2. juni 2025 og på baggrund af samtalen virker det til, at Josefines situation falder inden for temaet "krop og mad", og der planlægges en screening, hvor situationen kan afklares yderligere.

Josefine deltager i den første behandling d. 7. juli 2025. Den behandlende psykolog følger STIME-manualen for "Når tanker om krop og mad fylder for meget". Den behandlende psykolog supplerer med temaet "Bekymring" i journalen, og Josefine henvises til et supplerende tilbud i civilsamfundet.

Josefine deltager over de næste ca. 2 måneder i yderligere 3 individuelle behandlingssamtaler, som STIME-manualen foreskriver.
Each of the three delivery reports contain one Citizen (Josefine), one CarePlan and one Encounter (Type: 'Behandling'). The content of the reports is very similar. A single example of one of the three reports is found here: DeliveryReport-Josefine-5-6-7.
Efter at have deltaget i de 4 behandlingssamtaler, som er beskrevet i STIME-manualen med en behandlende psykolog og familien, kommer Josefine til den afsluttende samtale d. 6. november 2025. Josefine har nu nemmere ved at overskue skolen og mistrivslen er mindre fremtrædende.
