Associated Situation

The purpose of this extension is to have a means of capturing important, contextual situations about a measurement. For example, a body weight taken while the subject is wearing a cast or while using/wearing a portable oxygenator. In these examples the value of Associated Situation would be "cast" or "oxygenator".
