The purpose of this profile is to define a representation of list that describes a patient's prescription and or dispense history for the electronic exchange of health information between individuals, healthcare providers, and the My Health Record system infrastructure in Australia. This profile supports a prescription list, or a dispense list, or a mixed list of prescription and dispense records for a patient. The list may be partial, or complete, and may be a full history or scoped to an active script list.
This profile identifies the additional constraints, extensions, and value sets that build on and extend List that are supported.
