This is the narrative for the resource. See also the XML, JSON or Turtle format. This example conforms to the profile Observation.

This Observation annotates samples in the EKG waveform referenced by derivedFrom. SampledData code 426783006 indicates sinus rhythm; code 5370000 indicates atrial flutter. The contained ConceptMap maps those SNOMED CT codes to LOINC answer codes.
