Privacy metadata indicating the level of protection required to safeguard potentially stigmatizing information, which if disclosed without authorization, would present a high risk of harm to an individual's reputation and sense of privacy.*Usage Note:* The level of protection afforded restricted confidential information is dictated by specially protective organizational or jurisdictional privacy policies, including at an authorized individual's request, intended to engender patient trust in providers of sensitive services.Privacy policies mandating additional levels of protection by restricting information access preempt less protective privacy policies when the information is used in the delivery and management of healthcare. May be pre-empted by jurisdictional law (e.g., for public health reporting or emergency treatment).Confidentiality code total order hierarchy: Restricted (R) is less protective than *V*, and subsumes all other protection levels (i.e., *N, M, L, and U*).**Examples:** Includes information that is additionally protected such as sensitive conditions mental health, HIV, substance abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, genetic disease, and reproductive health; or sensitive demographic information such as a patient's standing as an employee or a celebrity. May be used to indicate proprietary or classified information that is not related to an individual (e.g., secret ingredients in a therapeutic substance; or the name of a manufacturer). ( src

This FHIR R5 implementation guide (IG) is a work in progress and is not yet ready for production use. It is intended for testing and feedback purposes only of the Digital Health Platform
(DHP). The content is subject to change as the IG is developed further.
The Digital Health Platform (DHP) is being developed within the framework of the "Support for Healthcare Digitalization Reform" project, implemented under the agreement
between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the KfW Development Bank. This initiative is in line with the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-140 dated May 1, 2023, "On Additional Measures for the Digitalization of the Healthcare System" and Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-415 dated December 28, 2023 "On additional measures to accelerate the digitalization of the healthcare system and the introduction of advanced digital technologies".
Artifacts such as profiles, extensions, codesystems, valuesets, naming systems, and the FHIR package in this IG follow the version of the IG itself. The IG versioning is based on Semantic Versioning (SemVer)
principles in the format of MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH
. For example, all artifacts in version 2.0.0
of the IG will have the same version number 2.0.0
. This allows for easy identification of which version of the IG an artifact belongs to.

Semantic Versioning (SemVer)
в формате MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH
. Например, все артефакты в версии 2.0.0
IG будут иметь номер версии 2.0.0
, что позволяет легко определить, к какой версии IG относится артефакт.
Ushbu FHIR R5 implementatsiya qo'llanmasi (IG) ishlab chiqish jarayonida bo'lib, hali ishlab chiqarish muhitida foydalanish uchun tayyor emas. U faqatgina Digital Health Platform
(DHP) doirasida sinov va fikr-mulohazalarni yig'ish maqsadida mo'ljallangan. IG mazmuni ishlab chiqish davomida o'zgarishi mumkin.
Raqamli sog'liqni saqlash platformasi (DHP) "Sog'liqni saqlash tizimini raqamlashtirish islohotini qo'llab-quvvatlash" loyihasi doirasida ishlab chiqilmoqda. Loyiha O'zbekiston Respublikasi va KfW Taraqqiyot banki o'rtasidagi bitim
asosida amalga oshirilmoqda. Ushbu tashabbus O'zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining 2023-yil 1-maydagi PQ-140-son qarori ("Sog'liqni saqlash tizimini raqamlashtirish bo'yicha qo'shimcha chora-tadbirlar to'g'risida") va 2023-yil 28-dekabrdagi PQ-415-son qarori ("Sog'liqni saqlash tizimini raqamlashtirishni jadallashtirish va ilg'or raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish bo'yicha qo'shimcha chora-tadbirlar to'g'risida") bilan uyg'unlashgan.
Ushbu Implementatsiya qo'llanmasida keltirilgan artefaktlar — profillar, kengaytmalar, kod tizimlari (CodeSystem), qiymatlar to'plamlari (ValueSet), nomlash tizimlari (NamingSystem) va FHIR paketlari — IG versiyasi bilan bir xil versiya raqamiga ega bo'ladi. IG versiyalash Semantic Versioning (SemVer)
tamoyillariga asoslanadi va MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH
formatida ifodalanadi. Masalan, agar IG versiyasi 2.0.0
bo'lsa, barcha artefaktlar ham 2.0.0
versiyasiga ega bo'ladi. Bu artefaktning qaysi IG versiyasiga tegishli ekanligini oson aniqlash imkonini beradi.
