This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in IVR valueset NACA (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-ems/ValueSet/IVR-VS-NACA) and IVR NACA (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-ems/ValueSet/IVR-VS-NACA). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
