This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in IVR valueset transport reason (.143.11.32) (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-ems/ValueSet/IVR-VS-transReason) and IVR Transport Reason (http://fhir.ch/ig/ch-ems/ValueSet/IVR-VS-transReason). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
