Condition.bodySite is bound (extensible) to the new ValueSet CH ALIS Laterality (SNOMED CT) (Left, Right, Right and left). The new CodeSystem CH ALIS Laterality holds the ALIS values l, r, b, and the ConceptMap CH ALIS Laterality to SNOMED CT maps them to SNOMED CT. ValueSet expansions use the SNOMED CT Swiss Extension.ChAlisEncounter.class is no longer fixed to inpatient (IMP), so outpatient visits (TARDOC, outpatient flat rates) are supported. The sender sets Encounter.class from its case data, e.g. AMB or IMP. The examples are outpatient cases and use AMB.ChAlisPatient.identifier[LocalPid] 0..1 (PatientID), ChAlisChargeItem.code.coding.system 0..1 (ServiceType).Reference.identifier (performer.actor, performingOrganization, costCenter) instead of Reference.display, and OrderingProviderID in the ServiceAssignment extension as valueIdentifier. A GLN uses the system urn:oid:2.51.1.3. EnteredBy stays in enterer.display, because it can be a name.sushi-config.yaml.Encounter.hospitalization.reAdmission, and broken links on the index page.Diagnosis.diagnosisCode), as required for FHIR element names, and carry the ALIS XML name (e.g. DiagnosisCode) in the xml-name extension. ALIS XML documents are unchanged and validate as before; the element ids, and with them the JSON form of the logical models and the source codes of the Concept Maps, change.experimental = false (and the CodeSystems caseSensitive = true), and the example identifier systems use http://www.example.org/ instead of http://www.example.ch/.2024 instead of ICD-10-GM 2024), and ChAlisCondition.code.coding.version explains the conversion from the ALIS DiagnosisVersion.wider instead of equivalent.Initial informative ballot version of this FHIR Implementation Guide.
