This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles Practitioner (IPS) (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/ips/StructureDefinition/Practitioner-uv-ips) and Practitioner (EU Core) (http://hl7.eu/fhir/base/StructureDefinition/practitioner-eu-core).
