This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in Contact entity type (http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/contactentity-type) and Contact entity type (http://terminology.hl7.org/ValueSet/contactentity-type). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
