This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles Organisation core BE profile (https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/core/StructureDefinition/be-organization) and BeOrganization (https://www.ehealth.fgov.be/standards/fhir/core/StructureDefinition/be-organization). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources conforming to one of them
