This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in FormatCodes (http://ehealth.sundhed.dk/vs/format-codes) and FormatCodes (http://ehealth.sundhed.dk/vs/format-codes). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
