This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles SMART Guidelines ConceptMap (http://smart.who.int/base/StructureDefinition/SGConceptMap) and SMART Guidelines ConceptMap (http://smart.who.int/base/StructureDefinition/SGConceptMap).
