These requirements apply to the actor Quality Control Reviewer
| Run IG Publisher QA | SHALL | Can run the FHIR IG Publisher and locate the generated qa.html report. |
| Interpret QA errors and warnings | SHALL | Can interpret QA validation errors, warnings, and information messages to identify issues requiring resolution. |
| Triage suppressions | SHALL | Can assess whether warnings can be legitimately suppressed with reasonable explanation, and document suppressions. |
| Verify zero-error status | SHALL | Can verify that the QA report shows no errors or unsuppressed warnings before publication. |
