Capability to review WHO L1 narrative guidelines and normative products for accuracy and completeness.

These requirements apply to the following actors:

Identify source documentsSHALL

Can identify and locate relevant WHO guidelines, normative products, and associated publications for a given health area.

Extract health interventionsSHALL

Can extract health interventions from the UHC menu of interventions and digital health interventions from the WHO classification.

Identify clinical recommendationsSHALL

Can identify and interpret clinical recommendations embedded in L1 source documents.

Assess guideline currencySHOULD

Can assess whether guidelines are recently updated and identify forward-looking system requirements.

Verify L2 coverage of L1SHALL

Can verify that L2 DAK components accurately reflect and cover the L1 recommendations.
