Dado a las limitaciones del servidor terminológico para las guías de implementación http://tx.fhir.org/r4 la expansión no es posible de momento. Pero la consulta fue testeada en el servidor terminológico que dispone el Ministerio de Salud de Chile la cual funciona perfectamente.
