This is showing the following bugs in the IG Publisher
FIXED
When DiagnosticReport contains Observations. The IG Publisher tries to put links to the Observation rendering, but it doesn't exist. Resulting in links that don't work, and errors in the QA log
FIXED
If a contained Observation has more than one .note; the IG publisher will crash
there is now linkage from the extension to the Search Parameter, but not the other way
In theory the search parameter defined for an extension will automatically be cross linked.
FIXED
MedicationStatement testing for contained error.
The link '#in-Pharmacy' for "#in-Pharmacy" cannot be resolved (valid targets: [ex-medication-0, performers, segment-header, in-Request, publish-box, bottom, mr-nav, example-medicationstatement-example-of-a-medication-r4-minimal, segment-post-footer, mr-logo, ig-status, top, root, stripe, segment-footer, segment-navbar, segment-content, segment-breadcrumb, in-Dispense])
the in-Pharmacy is used by the in-Dispense, but is not referenced by the medicationStatement. So narrative creation seems to get confused.
This is an R4 IG. None of the features it uses are changed in R4B, so it can be used as is with R4B systems. Packages for both R4 (johnmoehrke.testmed.example.r4) and R4B (johnmoehrke.testmed.example.r4b) are available.
