This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in all Reads (https://profiles.ihe.net/ITI/MHD/ValueSet/AllReadVS) and all Reads (https://profiles.ihe.net/ITI/MHD/ValueSet/AllReadVS). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
