Das AT e-Diagnose List-Profil dient der strukturierten Listung von Einträgen.

Defintion

Die Liste ist ein zentraler Teil der e-Diagnose und umfasst sämtliche Conditions, Procedures oder AllergiesIntolerances-Einträge die durch eine:n GDA als relevant gekennzeichnet wurden. Sie dient der priorisierten Darstellung aktuell versorgungsrelevanter Summary-Einträge und bildet die fachliche Grundlage für die strukturierte Verwendung in der e-Diagnose und Weiterverwendung in nachgelagerten Anwendungen (z.B.: APS). Eine manuelle Sortierung der Einträge in den jeweiligen Listen ist möglich. Die vorgenommene Sortierung wird in der e-Diagnose gespeichert und ist somit für alle anderen Zugriffsberechtigte sichtbar.
