The purpose of this section is to provide the system support to both allow the PHR Account Holder to participate in a variety of programs that may be directly related to areas of interest to the PHR Account Holder and to enable appropriate access and support for new, additional, or other uses of PHR information.

Description I: The PHR Account Holder (or the PHR Account Holder's Proxy) may desire to participate in certain clinic trial research/studies, to enroll in various health-related registries, and/or to serve as a donor. The PHR Account Holder may also desire to access certain public health information resources and/or enroll in certain public health programs. Example(s): The PHR Account Holder may desire to donate certain body tissues or organs to various organizations. The PHR Account Holder may desire to share certain health information with a cancer registry.
