Maintain Evidence of Record Entry Unlink Event

Description I:

Evidence of Record Entry Unlink Event includes key metadata, ensures health record integrity (and trust) and enables record audit.

Criteria N:
RI.1.1.22.1#01 SHOULD

The system SHOULD audit each occurrence when linked Record Entries are unlinked from another entry/object.
RI.1.1.22.1#02 SHOULD

The system SHOULD capture identity of the organization where Record Entries are unlinked.
RI.1.1.22.1#03 SHOULD

The system SHOULD capture identity of the patient who is subject of un-linked Record Entry.
RI.1.1.22.1#04 SHOULD

The system SHOULD capture identity of the user unlinking Record Entries.
RI.1.1.22.1#05 SHOULD

The system SHOULD capture identity of the system application which unlinked Record Entries.
