Changes

The OO Incubator contains a direct port of content as it existed before the FHIR R6 first full ballot (6.0.0-ballot4). Since then, the content has been transformed and adjusted for Incubator use.

Change Log

Changes since the last ballot consist of feedback items received during that ballot and content revisions necessary for IG compatibility.

Notably, the MedicalProductOfHumanOrigin profile has been adjusted to align directly with the ISBT 128 standard.
