This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in ObservationStatus (http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/observation-status) and Completed observation status (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/shc-vaccination/ValueSet/completed-observation-status). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
