description	The US Core Average Blood Pressure Profile inherits from the [Observation](https://hl7.org/fobservation.html) resource; refer to it for scope and usage definitions. This profile sets minimum expectations for recording, searching, and fetching average diastolic and systolic blood pressure observations with standard LOINC codes and UCUM units of measure. It specifies which core elements, extensions, vocabularies, and value sets **SHALL** be present in the resource and constrains how the elements are used. Providing the floor for standards development for specific use cases promotes interoperability and adoption.	An exchange of summary observation regarding the most recent prior level of cognitive function immediately preceding the current admission, illness, or exacerbation for a patient. The use of this profile is encouraged in the absence of formal prior level of cognitive assessments. For formal assessments conducted with for example, an assessment instrument, use the Cognitive Status Collection and Cognitive Status profiles to capture assessment data.	Values Differ
