Concept IRI representing the RDF-equivalent of a Coding, as specified by the IRI stem registered in the NamingSystem that corresponds to the Coding.system.

This extension supports the RDF concept IRI representation described in FHIR RDF, allowing the RDF identifier for a coded concept to be carried alongside the Coding even in XML or JSON.

This is an draft extension definition; the committee is seeking implementation feedback, and the definition or contents of the extension may change in future versions
