Measure Scoring Composite
Improvement Notation http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/measure-improvement-notation#increase
Measure Composite Scoring Linear
Measure Type Process
Guidance (Usage) The composite score is calculated by determining, for each subject, the proportion of applicable component measure numerators satisfied relative to the total number of applicable component measures. Each subject-level score is then aggregated across the population to determine the overall composite performance rate. Component measures for which the subject meets denominator exclusion or denominator exception criteria are excluded from the subject-level calculation. Risk adjustment variables X, Y, and Z are applied to the calculated composite performance rate.
