Support the ability to manage the configuration, and/or customization of appropriate user help that is context sensitive and may include the exchange of live online chat.
Throughout the system it is necessary to provide configurable, context sensitive, and/or searchable user help to assist in the use of the system. User help levels should be configurable based on user requirements, scope of practice, organizational policy, and/or jurisdictional law. User Help may include the live online chat support.
