      .descriptionThe US Core Average Blood Pressure Profile inherits from the [Observation](https://hl7.org/fobservation.html) resource; refer to it for scope and usage definitions. This profile sets minimum expectations for recording, searching, and fetching average diastolic and systolic blood pressure observations with standard LOINC codes and UCUM units of measure. It specifies which core elements, extensions, vocabularies, and value sets **SHALL** be present in the resource and constrains how the elements are used. Providing the floor for standards development for specific use cases promotes interoperability and adoption.This profile is used to convey point-in-time oral findings including findings of an odontogram, periodontal assessment, tooth-specific measurement, intraoral or extraoral soft tissue exam, TMJ, TMD, or occlusion assessment. Findings in this profile often support associated Dental Conditions/Problems.
