This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles US Core Observation Pregnancy Status Profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-observation-pregnancystatus) and Heart Rate (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/vitals/StructureDefinition/heart-rate).
