This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in CAP eCC Section Codes (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/cancer-reporting/ValueSet/cap-ecc-section-codes) and CAP eCP Section Codes (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/cancer-reporting/ValueSet/cap-ecp-section-codes). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
