This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles IPA-Practitioner (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/ipa/StructureDefinition/ipa-practitioner) and Practitioner Profile (Provider Registry) (http://hl7.org/fhir/ca/baseline/StructureDefinition/profile-practitioner-registry). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources conforming to one of them
