Captures pharmacy-assigned tracking numbers for specific prescription instances, as distinct from the clinician's prescription identifier.

The purpose of this extension is to represent pharmacy-assigned unique prescription numbers from CDA to support dispensing workflow traceability distinct from prescriber-issued identifiers.
