The effective strength is therefore different when the inhaler is used with a spacer device, \n		     which changes the distance. Different countries may also chose to measure at different standard distances.\n		     This is a separate concept to presentation vs. concentration strength (which are two ways of expressing the same numeric value).\n		     Concentration strength could be in the example below, in each \"strength\", but is omitted for clarity.\n		     All these are different from reference strength (a strength in terms of a different substance). \n
