This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in DeliveryTypes (http://fhir.kl.dk/gateway/ValueSet/DeliveryTypes) and DeliveryTypes (http://fhir.kl.dk/gateway/ValueSet/DeliveryTypes). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
