This is the ValueSet that contains all the codes in KLKontaktTyper (http://fhir.kl.dk/term/ValueSet/KLEncounterTypes) and GatewayKontaktTyper (http://fhir.kl.dk/gateway/ValueSet/KLGatewayCareEncounterTypes). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources containing codes in either of them
